A wellness company has introduced a new supplement that supports cognitive function, decreasing the chances of dementia and Alzheimer's. Some of the compounds contained in this supplement are:
Phospatidylserine is phospholipids that are found in all cells, particularly the brain. It has been shown to support cognitive function. DHA and EPA are omega-3 fatty acids found in cold-water fish. These are healthy fats that are linked with promoting cognitive ability. Antioxidants and vitamins C and E are known to fight free radical damage to brain membranes. Ginkgo biloba has been used for centuries to improve brain function. It is believed to support brain circulation and may help protect general levels of cognition.

Cosmetics and Cancer
Do Your Cosmetics Cause Cancer?
The cosmetic industry is a $4 billion dollar a year business. Customers are continuously trying new products: anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, face lift creams, eye creams, not to mention the wide variety of colors available in eye shadow, blush, lipstick, eyeliner, mascara, and coordinating nail polish. The cosmetic companies come out with spring products, summer products, holiday party products, and more to entice us to look younger and more beautiful. There are hundreds of cosmetic companies, all looking for that special niche to sell their newest, improved product.
Could that niche be to cause cancer?
Chemicals, like butylated hydroxyanisole and titanium dioxide are known carcinogens and many scientists worry that the continuous daily use-over time- causes cancer.
Dr. Sam Epstein at the University of Chicago in Illinois has spent over 40 years of research into cancer causing cosmetics and describes these as a “witches brew of carcinogens”. He states that a common cosmetic cream contains 2 carcinogenic ingredients. Mascara? 3. Blush? 4. And lipstick? 5!
Why aren’t these ingredients removed? The cosmetic industry states that they are in such small amounts that they cannot do any harm. Critics warn that the danger is in the day-to-day use of these cosmetics, which build up in our system (absorbed by the skin) and cause cancer.
The U.S. and Canada ban only a handful of chemicals whereas Europe has banned over 400 carcinogenic ingredients in the cosmetic industries. Why? Labeling laws are designed to protect trade secrets, not consumers. While some ingredients, even carcinogenic in nature, may be “frank” and listed on the label, many other carcinogenic ingredients are “hidden” due to patents and trade secrets.
One study in California showed that dark hair dyes double the chance of bladder cancer in women. Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis’s cancer and death was suspected by scientists to be caused by the dark hair dye she used.
Over 40 carcinogens are used in cosmetics are actually listed on the label. Another 30 are not. According to a news report at www.cbc.ca/consumers/market/files/health/cosmetics/index several companies are listed as using these ingredients:
• Johnson and Johnson
• Gillette
• Proctor and Gamble
• Colgate-Palmolive
• Neutrogena
• GlaxoSmithKline
• Clairol
• Maybelline
• Almay
• Cover Girl
• Revlon
• Max Factor
Are there safer products and companies out there? The answer is: yes. For more information on safer cosmetics please visit:

Vitamin Research!
Vitamin Research
According to recent research the minerals in many multivitamins can lower the amount of antioxidants available for absorption. Minerals like iron and copper can act as free radical triggers in the digestive system and increasing free radical activity
Remember: Free Radicals are the bad guys that damage cells on the molecular level and are linked to poor health.
Our company built upon it’s patented Fructose Compounding (which makes our vitamins 95% absorbable in the small intestine) and created a unique mineral complex called Oligofructose Complex (patent pending) which delivers minerals in a form that resembles that naturally found in fruits, vegetables and other foods to provide energy, vitality, and balanced nutrition.
Research shows that this complex reduces free radicals over 75% versus sulfate and oxide forms of copper. Dr. Garry Buettner states, “Oligofructose with amino acids surround the metals (minerals) and keep them from interacting with vitamins and destroying them.”
Using Electron Paramagnetic Resonance at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., Dr. Adrei Komarov verified the reduction of free radicals in this new complex. “… Oligofructose Complex reacted with free radicals differently than the minerals themselves. [Oligofructose Complex] was much more stable than minerals themselves.”
The company's patented top of the line vitamins have a 90 day 100% money back guarantee. If you do not feel better in 90 days, they will refund all your money.
Try a Vitality Pack today, and start the New Year off right!
Have a Great Day!

bad day
Exactly why would I choose to homeschool, be a housewife, and try to run a business from home? Today, I don't know. I feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and ready to just give up. My husband is in tremendous pain and working so hard, to the detriment of his health and I just wish this business would take off faster than it has. The boys are starting cabin fever early. One kid wet his bed and then the dog, somehow, got on my bed and peed on it which of course I didn't find till I was ready to make the bed. So now I'm doing laundry at 7:30 at night and had to make the bed with mismatched sheets. I just wish wish wish the business would take off. Instead I'm moving through molasses. St. Theresa said, "Let nothing disturb you; nothing frighten you. All things are passing. God never changes. Patience obtains all things. Nothing is wanting to him who possesses God. God alone suffices." And they say God never gives you more than you can handle. Between the refinance, my husband's blood clot, 3 boys, homeschooling, the economy, building a business, I hope it's not more than I can handle.

WooHoo
Well, I have a new lead for Monday. My drip list is certainly getting long! My aunt is looking at being a business builder. I got someone to enroll in January (ergh). My cousin is being a sloth. Well, slowly but surely. What did the tortoise say? Slow and steady wins the race????
